My wife and I are most please with both the product, the salesman, and installers involved with the new windows in our home.

I am not persuaded by any salesman, but I am persuaded by the product if that item is shown sensibly by the salesman, and the product has the attributes that I consider necessary and appears well constructed. It helps if the salesman has a foundation of good knowledge and experience in the field.

We found Mr. Kempton knowledgable and most agreeable to deal with. He listened to our questions and was able to supply answers. He followed up on the progress of the installation on two occasions, which we were pleased to see.

We were delighted with the work done by your installers, but Darren, in particular, did exemplary work on the two frames on either side of our front door. We knew the front door would be difficult and time consuming, and so it was, but we shall be pleased and proud to show off his work to friends when they visit, and being at the entrance to our home his expertise will be quite evident.

He and Chuck were a delight to talk to and learn from. Their work was thorough and professional in all aspects, even to the laying of drop sheets and their vacuuming up afterwards…including the driveway.
